Neighborhood info

It's common to see people gathering in the middle of the road, discussing farming and life. The community is known for its friendly residents, and time seems to slow down here. A pioneer town, thrives on agriculture. My grandfather played a significant role in establishing the turkey industry and introducing the Charolais breed of French cows. Located on the scenic old Highway 89, Ephraim offers breathtaking mountain views, warm hospitality, and iconic landmarks like Horseshoe Mountain, Devil's Gate, and Maple Canyon. The Sanpitch River adds life to the area. Situated in the Rocky Mountains, we're accustomed to heavy snowfalls and offer fantastic local skiing, snowboarding, and snowmobiling opportunities.
