Like most properties in Mammoth Lakes, our rooms do not have air conditioning. This is due to the typically mild summer temperatures we experience in the Eastern Sierra. We do have fans in all units and heaters for when the temperatures drop. The Village at Mammoth is just steps from our hotel, with the Mammoth Gondola access within a 5-minute walk. We also benefit from being on the free Town of Mammoth Lakes shuttle route, which runs through the town year-round and to Mammoth Mountain Ski Area during the winter months. It is expected that the tree removal will be completed between now and Aug 21, 2024. Once the tree removal is complete, they will begin grading on the property. This is expected to last 6-8 weeks, until mid to late October 2024. During the winter months there will be little to no activity on the lot. It is expected that the foundation and parking structure will be under construction starting Spring 2025 (date to be determined based on the snowfall).
