This beautifully renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom 1st floor unit boasts the perfect central location, just across the street from Gloucester Harbor & Ten Pound Island. Unwind and savor outdoor moments while grilling on the barbecue in the backyard patio. A by the Bay is located in a charming historic building, built in 1865, sleeps up to 6 people, and is just steps away from all that Gloucester has to offer.
ABOUT THE HOSTS: We are Emily and Nick, your friendly and welcoming hosts. We love meeting new people from all around the world and sharing our local knowledge to help make your visit unforgettable. OUR STORY: We fell in love with hosting after our first Airbnb experience as guests. We enjoyed the personal touches and the opportunity to connect with our host and get insider tips on the best things to see and do in the area. From that moment on, we knew we wanted to create the same experience for others. OUR APPROACH: As hosts, we strive to provide a warm and inviting atmosphere where you feel right at home. Located just across the street from Crab and Pavilion beach, Fisherman's Memorial and right next to the Blynman Bridge, you'll be right in the heart of all the action. Summertime offers a beautiful arrangement of flower beds along Stacy Boulevard. During special events, fireworks can be seen from the property. Gloucester is known for its rich maritime history, and you'll be able to experience that firsthand during your stay. Take a stroll along the harbor and watch the fishermen bring in their catch, or visit the nearby Maritime Gloucester museum to learn more about the town's seafaring past.
