Neighborhood park is also walking distance from the home with basketball courts, playground, water feature for the kids, ramadas and a large grass area for picnic and frisbee. Shopping and restaurants are located right next to the neighborhood, around a mile away. There are two driveways in the front yard for parking. One is gravel and one is concrete. There is also additional parking in the cul-de-sac. The Mormon trailhead is walking distance from the home with a parking lot next to the trailhead. There is a neighborhood park walking distance from the home with a parking lot that has access to the highland canal. Beach cruisers are included with booking for cruising the neighborhood.
