Welcome to our modern and stylish apartment! This 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment oasis is located in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from Wrigley Field. With enough room to comfortably accommodate 4 people, it's an ideal choice for working couples, business travelers, and Cubs games enthusiasts. Our apartment features two dedicated office workspaces, providing the perfect environment for remote work, video calls, and productivity. Please note: -The apartment is on the first floor of the building, requiring you to walk up six stairs for access. A picture of the building's front is included in the photo gallery. -The bathroom has a bathtub shower combo, which will require you to step into the bathtub. -Above the apartment is another unit. The house, while charming and characterful, is of an older construction, and some noise from the squeaking hardwood floors in the upper unit might be noticed. The floors in the apartment will also be squeaky. -Parking at the property is public street parking. We provide parking stickers for your convenience, allowing you to park on the street without any additional charges. However, please be aware that as these parking spots are not dedicated, you might occasionally need to park further down the street and walk to the apartment.
