Guests have full access to the entire home except the garage, basement and one closet. Guests can park the full length of the 110' driveway and they can use the back yard. Smoke only in the front yard because the neighbors can smell the smoke in the back porch and it bothers them. We do not live in the home but we do live in the area. We are a married couple who work together and are very responsive to messages, so just let us know if you have a problem or need help with anything. The owner's son is also available as needed. This is one of the most upscale neighborhoods in all of Sacramento, and very close to downtown/midtown. Land Park is right across the street with golfing, the Sacramento Zoo, and Fairy Tale Town and Funderland. There is just about anything you need within a few blocks, including 2 Starbucks, LaBou, Sprouts, Raleys, FedEx, brand new Safeway and more.
