Peaceful, quiet and very scenic.Watch fishermen light up the lake like stars in the night. You can access the lake shore and walk to neighbouring villages. Tents are pitched in open spaces, we have no fence. Neighbouring us is a small military installation with a control tower. We have a helper at site who is also the local guard at night. We have no kitchen or food at site, please plan accordingly. If you can cook, we can provide fresh food to cook, limited to fish and rice and irish potatoes. No specific kitchen for cooking, just open space. We have cooking gas available. We provide free cold bottled drinking water and beers if needed at no extra cost. The restaurants in the neighbouring village are limited and might not be to your taste.

Nature lover and a people person.

Neighbourhood is the Kabwoya game reserve and the Kaiso fishing village.You can take a walk of about 2hrs lakeshore to the neighbouring fishing village of Mbegu. We have bikes around if you want a ride. We can also arrange a local boat cruise on the lake should you want one.
