The two-storey house is located in the old town, to the Old Fortress five minutes walk, along with many cafes, ATMs, bus stops. There is an indoor parking lot, a large balcony overlooking the Old Fortress, a covered terrace with a barbecue grill, a large table and views of the Old Fort, which is like on the boat. On the ground floor of the house there is a kitchen-dining room, where there is a microwave, a hob, a dishwasher, a kettle, a refrigerator, a cocktail filtered water, a warm floor. Also on the first floor is a guest room, where a large sofa (if necessary folds to a bedroom of 1.6 m to 2 m), a table for a large company, a warm floor. On the second floor there is a bathroom and WC with warm floors, where there is an iron, a hairdryer, an ironing board, a washing machine. There are also two bedrooms and a corridor here. One bedroom has a double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, a wardrobe. In the other one, there are two single beds, a flat-screen TV, a fireplace, a clothes hanger. All repair in the house is predominantly made in natural materials, everything is thought out for your comfort !!!

The old town is located on the rocks, in the place where Smotrich makes a big loop. Enclosed by walls with loopholes, defensive towers and bastions. The main entrance with the City Gate and the Castle Bridge is covered by the Old Fortress, which in the 17th century It was supplemented with a bastion system (New Fortress). National Historical and Architectural Reserve "Kamenetz" is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. There is a huge number of architectural monuments, many museums, galleries and antique shops.
