All customers are welcome in villa kumi. the owner's Italian origins guarantee a Western protocol. Both Italian and local dishes can be enjoyed in the restaurant.

the location is located 7 minuts on foot to the beach, between nungwi and kendwa. The location is located in a residential area. There are only 5 rooms available, all of which have an exclusive and intimate outdoor area. The outdoor swimming pool, reserved for hotel guests, is accessible at any time, in compliance with the rules of civil coexistence. the location is equipped with a video surveillance system in addition to a security guard. there is also a fire prevention system.
