Located in Matemwe, within 6 km of Dive Spot and 7 km of Mnemba Island, Maji Lodge provides a private beach area. 8 km from Muyuni Beach, the guest house features water sports facilities and barbecue facilities. The property offers a shared lounge. At the guest house, each room is fitted with a wardrobe. Natalia and Michał - we are couple from Poland that some time ago decided to relocate to Zanzibar after we were here on vacation. We fell in love with this place, its habitants, ubiquitous exotic green, culture, hot climate and certainly white beaches and warm, turquoise ocean. We want to share with you a bit of our life here in our beach house and make you feel at home. Our guests are treated as our friends! Our house is warmly open for you and we can't wait to host you here.

Located on a beautiful white sandy beach close to the sleepy fishing village of Matemwe on the north east side of Zanzibar you will find Maji Lodge nestled amongst swaying palms offering breathtaking ocean views. We offer four spacious, comfortable rooms that can accommodate up to 11 guest with en-suite bathrooms facilities, shared kitchen, a spacious open plan common living room that flows out to a shady porch and our tropical beautiful gardens where guest can take in cool ocean breezes from the comfort of our hammock deck.
