Dreaming and living the lagoon… Welcome to Boheme Beach House – guest house, on the idyllic lagoon of Jambiani village. Composed of 2 spacious guest rooms with patio, private bathroom and direct access to the beach. 1 with sea view 1 with partial sea view Authentic and traditional, the Beach House is reserved only for adults and children over 16 years old. The property has a large patio with a view on the ocean, our beachside deck chairs, as well as our transparent canoe kayak are at your disposal free of charge. For a unique and tailor-made stay, a chef and a butler are at your disposal. Please note that meals prepared by the chef are not included in the accommodation rate and will be charged separately. Mineral water is offered free of charge to all guests. We take care of everything so that you can fully enjoy your stay. The daily rate includes breakfast, cleaning, unlimited WiFi and security. Other remarks - Due to the nature of the electricity supply in Zanzibar, you may experience occasional power outages, which may temporarily affect electricity and water supplies. The generator will therefore be put into operation (despite the silent mode, it still remains noisy). -Traveler access : Use of the kitchen and access to the generator is not permitted. - Possibility of booking your excursions .

Jambiani, an authentic village in Zanzibar Enjoy village life, take your time, walk around, observe, interact with the locals and learn more about this small southern village. Relax on the beaches of Jambiani and watch the tides The advantage of Jambiani beaches? They are not crowded with tourists. We observe women cultivating these aquatic plants for a large part of the day. These algae are mostly used for the manufacture of cosmetics and culinary products. The shades of color and especially blue are quite spectacular with this tidal phenomenon. Don’t hesitate to put on shoes to walk around when the tide is low, you might find small natural pools there! The tides contribute to the beauty of Jambiani and when they rise, it’s time for swimming!
