TAWA (Tanzania Wildlife Management Authority) and the NCAA (Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority) are two of many government agencies tasked with managing the ecosystem in the relevant wildlife areas of Tanzania. Please note WMA/TAWA/NCA fees, or any other conservation fees, must be paid at the lodge reception or the entrance gate from TAWA, along with any Tourism Development Levies, Village Fees and Gate Fees that may be applicable. These fees are highlighted in the tax section when making the reservation. It is recommended that you contact the lodge at least 72 hours before your stay to make the arrangements to settle these extras.

For bookings of 5 rooms or more, a different cancellation policy applies. Cancellations must be made at least 60 days before arrival to avoid a 100% cancellation fee. Additionally, prepayment is required 60 days prior to arrival. Failure to remit payment by the deadline will result in the reservation being released.

When booking 6 rooms or more, a different cancellation policy applies. Prepayment is required immediately, and any cancellation will incur 100% penalties. Failure to remit payment by the deadline will result in the reservation being released.

To ensure that all guests can enjoy a peaceful and comfortable stay, this lodge enforces a quiet policy from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
