About the villa. Great views from 2 bedrooms and living room. The villa has 4 terraces. From all terraces there is a beautiful view of the sea. Each room has its own toilet and shower. The master bedroom has a Jacuzzi. The villa is spacious and very bright. The renovation was done a year ago. Advantages of my villa. FIRST is the location. The villa is located on a peninsula, in a clean, quiet, elite location with typical buildings in the Greek-Roman style. SECOND is safety. At the entrance to the peninsula, on the only road, there is a police station with cameras. The villa is fenced and suitable for families with small children. THIRD - a quiet place: you can’t hear either roads or mosques. There are no large hotels nearby. INFRASTRUCTURE NEARBY. * sea 5 minutes walk. comfortable descent * top restaurant in Kasha Zayka 10 minutes walk * tennis court 5 minutes walk * shop 10 minutes walk * to the center of Kas 5 minutes by car * great place for morning jogging. Ring road around the peninsula 6 km * 2 beaches with a comfortable entrance within walking distance. One perfect for kids. * children's playground in the garden behind the house, which is very rare for villas in Kas * we live 3 minutes from the villa. We have been living in Turkey for 6 years. Of which 4 years in Kas. We have four children. We love and know this place well. Our house is just 3 minutes from the villa.
Nearby: - tennis court (5 min by foot) - reastaurant (10 min by foot) - market (10 min by foot) - our beach (5 min by foot) - city (5 min by car) - sunset vewpoints (5 min by car) - 3 major beaches (5 min by car) - jogging round peninsula 6 km Directions: drive to peninsula (Yarimada). There is only one road to the peninsula. At the police station turn LEFT and drive about 1,5 km. Then turn left at the FIRST LEFT turn. Drive downhill and follow the main road. On the left hand side you will see Villa Ruya and the next villa is ours. Park at the sign Villa Su (there is a place for 1 car if you have more park others on the street) and enter the gate. LEFT block of the RIGHT building is the Villa Su. Terrasse door is opened. Key in the locker. Code 7777. Fill free to enter. WiFi VK, Pass: margomargo. Call me on arrival I will be in 3 minutes.
