As a family business, we have 3,200 square meters of land with 30 orange trees, 11 lemon trees, 2 tangerine trees, 2 pomegranate trees, 1 oleaster tree, 31 sweetgum trees, 14 olive trees, and two houses, each of 160 square meters, one for our valued guests, we have prepared it. The other house is for our use. Additionally, there is a salt system swimming pool on our property, which is for your use only. Hello, Our very natural location is located in a different geography. Kaunos open air museum and Caretta Caretta (Iztuzu) beach are very close by. Since we are by the lake, going to and returning from the nearest beach is done by boat. The pier where we can also fish is within walking distance. Reaching the beach by boat takes a pleasant 10 minutes. Although this place, Çandır, is a location in the Köyceğiz district of Muğla, the nearest shopping center is the Dalyan neighborhood of Ortaca district (3 km). In between is the Dalyan delta, which connects Köyceğiz lake to the Mediterranean, so you can take a mini trip to Dalyan by ferry or boat. Köyceğiz, which has the title of Slow City in terms of tourism, is 32 km away by road. The house and garden are quite large and offer a view full of orange, lemon, olive and pine trees. If your children are old enough to run and play, our garden is quite suitable. Our garden is 3,200 square meters and there are 2 villas in one of them, my wife and my 5-year-old daughter are in one of them, so the garden has a common entrance, but the use of the pool is yours. We also prefer families because it is a common garden. There are places to explore in the immediate vicinity, such as Sultaniye hot spring and Ekincik beach. It is recommended that you come with your private car for ease of transportation. We do not recommend coming without a vehicle. We wish you healthy days.
