Our charming 150-year-old stone house is located in the historic Tophane Mahallesi of Alanya, right above the Seljuk-era shipyard. This two-story home blends traditional architecture with modern comforts, providing an ideal retreat for guests seeking both relaxation and cultural immersion. The upper floor features a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances and utensils for preparing meals. The living room includes a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate two guests, and two balconies offering stunning views, perfect for enjoying the morning sunrise or an evening drink. Air conditioning ensures comfort during the warm summer months. The lower floor includes a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a dressing room, offering privacy and convenience. There is also a second living room that can sleep one person on the L-shaped couch. Additionally, a single floor mattress is available if needed. The spacious garden boasts lemon, orange, and avocado trees. Depending on the season, guests can enjoy fresh fruit straight from the trees. The garden also features a BBQ area, ideal for outdoor cooking and dining. For guests traveling by car, there is secure parking for one vehicle. The property is equipped with CCTV cameras monitoring the entrance and parking area, and neighborhood cameras are monitored directly by the local police station. The house also includes a safe for valuables. Additionally, there is 35 Mbps high-speed Wi-Fi available. Alanya Castle is a 10-minute walk, the harbor and bar street are 15 minutes away, and the nearest beach is just a 5-minute walk. The mountains across from the house offer breathtaking sunrise views, a perfect way to start the day. Alanya Castle is the city's most famous symbol and an excellent spot for those who want to explore the city's panoramic views. Built by the Seljuks in the 13th century, the castle impresses with its 6 km long walls and 83 towers. The Red Tower inside the castle is a symbol of Alanya just 10 minutes away on foot and provides insights into maritime history. Additionally, the historical shipyard just below our house is an open museum for visitors. Tershane Beach is a tranquil spot, just 5-7 minutes' walk from our house, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea breeze. You can also experience Alanya's vibrant nightlife with bars and clubs along the harbor and city center just 15 min walk from house. If you're interested in exploring the caves around the bay in front of our house and the castle peninsula with paddleboarding (SUP), I can assist you with arrangements. This experience will allow you to appreciate Alanya's natural beauty up close. Also daily boat trips from the harbour will take you to 3 different caves the Fosforlu cave with phosphorescent rocks (phosphorous Cave), the Asiklar cave (Lovers Cave) and the Kizlar cave (Girls Cave) where the pirates kept women captive. If you enjoy cave exploring you must visit Dimcay cave and Damlatas cave. Next to the Damlatas cave you will find Alanya ethnography museum. Dim River, located to the east of Alanya, is known for its cool waters. Dim River Valley is a popular place, especially in the summer months, for those who want to cool off with its lush greenery and cold waters. Along Dim River, you can sit on platforms above the river and enjoy a meal while appreciating nature. Side Ancient City and the Temple of Apollo are among the rich historical and cultural regions that must be seen. At the Temple of Apollo, you can witness a magnificent sunset view. Additionally, the ancient cities of Antiochia ad Cragum and Selinus in Gazipaşa are historical treasures waiting to be explored.
