This spacious 500m2 detached villa sits within a beautiful landscaped garden with a private 11m pool. The house consist of 4 double bedrooms, 4 twin bedrooms (with 2 single beds each), 2 on-suite bathroom (one with a Jacuzzi), 3 further bathrooms, a very large living room and a kitchen diner. Outside, you can relax on the terrace, in the landscaped garden or around the 11m long private pool. With its spacious in- and outside, this is for a large family or groups with children. On the ground floor there is a large lounge/dining area with air conditioning, cable TV, home theatre system, DVD and CD players, Wi-Fi connection, working fireplace and patio doors leading onto the terraces. A fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, hob/oven, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. This is a fully equipped kitchen with all kitchen tools. The kitchen has a seating area with TV and sliding doors leading to the main terraces with big dining table and chairs. Outside there is a built- in coal bbq. There is a twin bedroom on the ground floor next to the bathroom. This bathroom has a shower unit and a toilet. On the first floor you find the master bedroom (60m2) with a king sized bed and two extra beds, an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and a balcony with table and chairs. On this floor, there are three further bedrooms (one twin and two double, one with on-suite bathroom and a balcony) and a separate family bathroom. On the second floor, there is a master bedroom with a king size bed, baby room with a cot bed, an extra single bed and a terrace. There is also a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. There is a big bedroom with 5 single beds on this floor with big sliding doors leading on to a roof terrace. There is a large laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board in the basement. We provide free of charge interim cleaning (weekly cleaning) if you stay 2 weeks or more. The entire villa will be yours and you only share it with people in your group.

The villa is situated in Armutalan one of the most exclusive areas in Marmaris with villas and hotels. We have residential neighbours as well as hotels. We also have supermarkets, green grocers, butcher, bakery, cafe and restaurants In short walking distance. The Dolmus (minibus) stops within minutes from the villa and operates till late hours. The villa is only 10 min drive from the main Marmaris town. We have Dolmus (minibus) operating between the villa and the main town center and also local beaches. You don't need a car but if you do there is a car rental we can recommend and also the taxi rank is just around the corner. The nearest airport is Dalaman and it is only 1 hour drive. We provide airport shuttle service for an extra fee. We greet you at the airport with Mercedes Vito people carriers and take you to the villa and also from the villa to the airport.
