Our facility is a 3-storey detached villa. . The 1st and 3rd floors are not currently in use. We serve you on the second floor. The entire villa belongs to you. There will be no other guests. Our villa consists of 3 rooms, a living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms and a VC. There is a master bathroom. It works with a heating and cooling air conditioning system. There are two air conditioners, one of which is in the living room. There is a fan in one of the bedrooms. Due to its location, it has a very cool and airy location. Our master room has a large bed and a child's bed. Our 2 rooms have a large bed and a floor mattress. Our third room has 2 teenage beds. The sofas in the living room turn into beds. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all tools and equipment. There is 1 television in our house. This TV has wired and wireless broadcasting features. There is also a Google TV feature. Unlimited Wi-Fi is available. The apartment has a fire detector and fire extinguishers. There is a security camera system in our building, there is a first aid cabinet, the outside of the building is completely closed, there are indoor seating and dining tables and groups, there is a closed accommodation area and there is a tea, coffee machine and TV. I welcome you and offer my greetings in advance 
Those who want to have a pleasant holiday as a family manager in a private company and relax are welcome. Come and enjoy your stay.
Our Salarha town is only 7 kilometers away from the center of Rize, you are here in just 9 minutes by car. Our roads are double lane asphalt roads. The region we are in is very close to Rize and there is a shuttle every 15 minutes. You can reach markets, patisseries and restaurants in 10 minutes on foot from our house. The petrol station, mosque, hospital are 900 meters away from our place. It is a very safe place, we are 800 meters away from the security forces and gendarmerie center. We are already looking forward to you, our valued customers, coming.
