This is a brand new building and it is fully earthquake-proof, complying with all the up-to-date requirements.

Neighbourhood information

The building is brand new and located in one of the most central locations in the city. You can take the ferry directly to the historical city centre Sultanahmet or hang out in the neighbourhood, Kadıköy, which is one of the most colourful and popular areas in Istanbul.
