There are 15 rooms spread throughout the houses for a total of 45 beds. Each room is decorated differently with kilims and antiques and has a private bathroom and central heating. Some of the rooms look over the courtyard whike others are along the little path running along the front of the pension. Several rooms have a nice view over the Kızılırmak river, the Zelve valley and all way to Uçhisat rocky outcrop. The rooms are made up everyday.

After dinner, the courtyard fills with lively music played by traditional musicians making you want to get up and dance. In winter, meals are served in a cave in a cosy ambiance.
