The hotel had an excellent breakfast. We were by car and they kindly parked us next to the hotel, even though there is no parking at the hotel. Very nice hotel. Not noisy. even though it is a tourist place. But the hotel is located in such a way that noise does not bother us at all.

The staff here are the sweetest ever! The hotel itself is even better than the pictures—I can guarantee that! The location is convenient, with everything close by. The restaurant serves incredibly delicious food. I didn't encounter a single negative during my 4-night stay. Initially, I stayed for 3 nights at the beginning of my trip, and on my last day, I canceled my booking at another hotel just to extend my stay here—that's how much I enjoyed it. They even welcomed me back with a fruit bowl, which was such a thoughtful gesture.

Travelling with elderly people and people with specific dietary reqs (pure veg, gluten free) can pose a challenge but that's the same everywhere.
Overall you can't go wrong. Would visit again.

The town has a lot to offer and definitely needs more time than just a weekend. I liked how clean and well maintained promenade is, how safe it feels even after sunset. Very friendly local shops owners, who does not talk much English but are quick to help with google translator.
Swim shoes are needed for the beach and if your kid is not a confident swimmer, floatie is needed, as the sea get deeper quickly.
Caffe Belle was our favourite to relax by the beach and sadly we didn't get on top of the mountain, but maybe the others will be more lucky (check their opening times, it was closed on our visit).
Taxi's are easiest way to get around and doesn't cost too much.
Definitely great place to travel for family holidays, romantic getaway or culture.

We stayed in the Konyaalti area.
We stayed in the Konyaalti area. The neighborhood is very green, lots of both tourists and locals.
Very beautiful old town with an active evening life.
Did not like the local cuisine. It is quite poor in my opinion. There are practically no places with cuisine from other countries, and in places where there is, it is not tasty.
I was very surprised by the prices for everything - they have skyrocketed in a couple of years. Everything is expensive, from accommodation to food.

The hotel is not a five star. Food was average. Some staff are not helpful. Looking miserable. Not able to communicate in English. The A/C in the room wasn’t cold enough it only go down up to 18 degrees. Bath robe is dirty. The hotel has no other restaurant apart from the main buffet. Same food everyday. Entertainment is boring. Swimming pools was too deep could not join the aqua exercises unfortunately cannot swim. The hotel have a gym & sauna which is a bonus . They have a shuttle to take you to the beach or you can walk 5-7 mins.

Nice place to visit, old city bazaars are worth a visit for shopping.
The visit to pamukkale was fantastic, a natural wonder of the world worth visit. It was pushing 40-42C in Pamukkale, we went in mid-end June time so be prepared for the heat! Its about 3-4 hrs ride one way we had to take a minivan guided tour with same day return which cost approx 60 euros pp which included the entrance ticket & lunch provided.
Car hire in turkey is very strange with max limit of 500 kms/day.
Lovely hotel in a central location easy to get around and taxis are cheap, the hotel is very organised and nothing is too much trouble if you ask.
The hotel grounds were beautiful and views of the sea were breathtaking to wake up to every morning. Breakfast was probably one of the best I’ve tasted from a 5 star hotel in terms of variety & freshness.
The hotel restaurants had good food too.
Staff were all friendly and welcoming esp Ela in guest services.
Location, clean and family friendly. Excellent all inclusive facilities and the pool was great, plus the private beach area was really good. Hotel transfer and activities were reasonably priced and friendly service.
all inclusive was nice, the food was good the hotel was really nice the location of the hotel isn’t the best. Staff were nice but there was only one staff that spoke English. That’s not good.
