Typically designed and furnished in the “Djeridian” style (the region comprising Tozeur and the surrounding villages bears the name “Djérid”), Dar Fatima is a reproduction of the owner's family home, built in 1890, and where the Rabeh family (father, mother and sons, aunts and uncles, children and grandchildren) lived, with—formerly—the adjoining premises which sheltered their animals (horses, cows, donkeys, etc.).
