Villa Yao Yai, built in 2010 and refurbished in July 2018 is a Balinese style open plan, very airy and totally private residence based in the heart of Choengmon Koh Samui. Located in a walled off private estate, with the emphasis being on keeping it overly natural, and totally at one with the surrounding nature at all times. So you can expect a theme throughout that leans very much towards the use of natural wood, terracotta tiles, extra high ceilings, and lots of big open spaces. Our Estate is located in the heart of Choengmon which is 5 minutes away from Choengmon beach,10 minutes away from Chaweng, 15 minutes away from Crystal Bay, (which is by far the most beautiful beach on the island) and all the main super markets such as Tesco, Makro and Tops are all reachable within 15 minutes.
