    We replace the qter of the jacuzzi timely normally every 2 days or 3 at the most every check in the water of the jacuzzi is new

    Hi It's a sunrise villa therefore it is shaded in the aftrnoon there are also shaded area on the upstairs terrace for all day shadow .... best regards

By booking to this villa we assume that you have read and agreed to the CONTRACT CONDITIONS : 1- A 30% deposit is required within 3 days from the booking time and we reserve the right to cancel the booking if the deposit is not paid . The balance of the booking will need to be paid at your 'check in' in cash in Thai bahts. 2- Cancellation fees for any reason are 50 % before and after check in . We require to hold 1 original passport in our safe until check out OR a sum of 10,000 bahts that will be returned at check out. SERVICES NOT INCLUDED and PAYABLE at 'checkout' : 1-Electricity is payable by our guests when they leave calculated by meter reading from 'check in' to 'check out' at 7 bahts per kw. 2-Cleaning and laundry fee is payable by the guests is 2000 thai bahts per stay. We upgraded the villa with amazing features that most of villas in Samui don't have: WATERFALLS in the pool, ENDLESS POOL current machine to swim endlessy against the current, fantastic 6 people JACUZZI with speechless views, POOL TABLE, SOCCER TABLE, HUGE TV, night club SOUND SYSTEM, CHESS GAME ROOM and LED LIGHTS throught the villa including outdoor, kitchen and under the beds, I live with JAM (the villa maid and cook) in an apartment below the Villa Jacuzzi and we are always available 24h for anything you need or any emergency and we will do our very best to ensure you are having a wonderful time in Koh Samui. I am always very happy to share my knowledge of Koh Samui about lovely restaurants and best beaches and what to discover on this beautiful island I speak English, Italian, french, spanish
