Each standard unit is a 48 sqm studio with a large balcony providing stunning ocean view of either sunrise or sunset. Every room is equipped as a minimum with a kitchen, full size fridge with freezer, microwave, king size bed, large screen TV with Smart TV & streaming services, free Wi-Fi. The property features a large communal swimming pool in the foreground of the building nearest to the beach with a large pool-side sundeck area with outdoor seating. There is also an abundance of massage parlors, laundromats and convenience stores etc, within the Ground Floor commercial shops which span the entire length of the building.
