A modern hillside cottage accross the road from the beach and various Thai and western restaurants, 6 beautiful resorts all within walking distance with pools, fabulous food and bars. Arial yoga, Vegan eateries, paddle boarding/kayaking and much more can be found nearby. Enjoy jungle and a sea view sunset from your balcony or stroll down to the beach for a cocktail or fresh coconut. Had Yao is a favorite amongst visitors. It has something for everyone. Each Wednesday is the islands iconic Bizarre Bazaar, a music and art event from 5pm till midnight on the beach at Seaboard Bungalows. Mondays is the stunning Apple Bar music event at thier mountain top bar with stunning views. Till midnight. Free taxi up the mountain. Fridays is Rasta Home featuring live raggae music from the islands local artists.

Had Yao has everything, without being slap bang in the middle of the party zone. A night life that doesnt go all night, and plenty of chilled beautiful things to do during the day. The beach is unmatched.
