Private room in a town house. We (your host) live in this house also. You will stay in our guest room with private bathroom. Fast wifi fiber internet 200/200 mbit. You will get your own private bathroom with hot water shower. You are free to use any facilities and amenities in the house at no extra charge. You can even join us for breakfast or dinner. Extra beds will be prepared only for reservations of 3 or more persons. If you select only 2 persons, only the king size bed will be provided for you. - 6 foot king size bed with very comfy Ikea HÖVÅG pocket spring mattress. - Linen, blankets and towels will be provided. - inverter type air conditioner, very quiet, Mitsubishi Mr Slim - Wifi connected to fiber internet 200/200 mbit. Our house is situated in a less touristy part of Chaweng where majority of residents are local Thai people and not so many tourists (farangs). The great thing is that you get to experience how to live like a local. Shops and restaurants in the neighborhood offer food and produce for local people at affordable prices. The less great things are that you may have the odd noisy neighbor, dogs barking and cats fighting, occasional birthday party with loud karaoke music, and there may be trash in certain areas. Thailand is a tropical country and Thai culture tends to be noisier than western people, so expect the sound of life to be more vibrant than from what you may be used to.
