This 100 sqm villa features modern furnishings and fittings throughout, along with an impressive 120 sqm terrace and garden, an 18 sqm swimming pool, and a breathtaking rooftop terrace that's perfect for watching the sunset. Free high-speed fiber-optic internet, weekly cleaning and linen changes, and early check-in whenever possible - all at no additional charge. The only extra cost to you will be the electricity, which is charged at a 7 baht per KWH. Klong Khong Beach is home to a variety of restaurants and beach bars, all within a short walk from Manao Villa 3. You'll also find convenient amenities, such as pharmacies and clinics, and several minimarts, so you won't need to rent a car or scooter to get around.
