This beautifully appointed 5 bedroom, 4 full bathroom villa is situated directly on an extraordinarily quiet stretch of beach on Koh Chang's beautiful and serene East Side. The property features a large swimming pool with a waterfall, as well as a smaller, more shallow children's pool. Numerous lounge and deck chairs provide sun-seekers with comfortable seating pool-side, or enjoy the view in cool comfort from the expansive shaded front porch. In the front garden, at the edge of the sea, is a quiet and secluded lounging sala with table and chairs - the perfect venue for reading, relaxing or watching children on the beach. The main house boasts a fully appointed chef's kitchen with Electrolux appliances and a lengthy dining island for large groups who wish to gather around one table. Bedrooms feature Sealy Posturpedic queen sized beds in all three ground-level master bedrooms, and two twin beds in each of the two upstairs bedrooms. Vaulted ceilings in the main living area give the home a light, airy and incredibly spacious feel. Large picture windows throughout offer stunning views of the sea and gardens. The house is air-conditioned and humidity controlled throughout.

Our residential enclave is an exclusive development consisting of 14 houses set back from the busy road between towering green rainforest covered mountains and the sea-side. All houses are very private and feature professionally landscaped lawns and gardens with outdoor furniture, perfect for reading, relaxing and providing a safe, natural and beautiful environment for kids to run around freely. The beaufiful amber colored sandy beach is all ours and stretches several hundred meters in length, bordered by fruit plantations and mangrove trees.
