1. Our standard occupancy is 8 adults. Each additional person will be charged 1,000 baht per day (children under 12 years old are free without extra bed, and over 12 years old must use extra bed). A maximum of 12 people can be accommodated. Please ask us in advance to confirm the bed type for extra beds. 2. A prepayment of 10,000 baht for electricity is required before check-in. We will charge an electricity fee of THB 7.5 per kWh during your stay. We encourage energy conservation, please turn off the air conditioner when leaving the room. 3. Thai law prohibits smoking in any indoor space. I have a seating area and ashtray in the outdoor garden for you. If you are found smoking or eating durian and mangosteen indoors, we will charge 5,000 baht for odor elimination or pest control. 4. Mosquitoes are unavoidable in tropical areas, so please be sure to close doors and windows at all times. 5. Please respect Thai customs and take off your shoes when entering the house. 6. It is strictly prohibited to do anything that violates Thai laws in the villa. 7. There is no noise period from 10pm to 10am. If there is any violation, the housekeeper has the right to demand a noise fee of 5,000 baht. 8. Starting from the ninth person, breakfast is 300 baht per person, half price for children under nine years old. 9. Regarding pets, please consult the online housekeeper in advance. We only accept small pets under 15 kilograms. Pets need to pay an additional pet check-in fee of 500 per day. Pets are not allowed to enter the swimming pool.
