  • Hello, If I book the three-bedroom house for 6 adults: Is the jacuzzi for private use? Meaning that just we can use the jacuzzi and not other guests. Thank you for a quick response.

    Yes, all the bedrooms have air-conditioning. The living room doesn't, but it has multiple fans.

  • Is there a shuttle available to get to the closest beach nearby? What are the other transportation options?

    The beach is just 7 minutes walk away from our villa. We can also arrange a taxi if you wish to go anywhere else on the island, prices upon request.

    You can take a short walk directly to Sairee beach, only 7 minutes away, there are no steep hills and all pathed/concrete roads.

Huge family home located in the heart of Sairee. Our villa is a short walking distance to all the amenities, restaurants, bars, shops, dive schools and Koh Tao's main beach (Sairee). Our 3 storey home offers 3 bedrooms, 4 beds, 2 bathrooms with 2 spacious communal areas including a roof garden. Ideal for a big family or large group. Designed for at least 6- 8 adults, there is an additional cot and sofa bed available upon request (so could sleep up to 9 or 10). Set in a peaceful neighbourhood surrounded by lush mountains and coconut trees. Our home offers light and airy rooms with high ceilings and lots of windows. The decor is a collection of pieces found on our travels around the world, mostly antique pieces found in Asia. Each room comes complete with fresh towels, luxury organic cotton dressing gowns and tea/coffee station. Fibre optic wifi and 5g available throughout the house, however guests must keep in mind that this is a small island and the connection can drop out (this rarely happens though).
We are Bree and Gigi Kennedy, residents of Koh Tao since 2003. We have spent many happy years in our beautiful family home, and are now ready to share it with you. Our villa has been a huge source of pride to us, and we have spent many years collecting unusual furnishings that add to it's charm. As you can see we love all shades of blue and have created an eclectic envrionment, combining modern concrete with classic traditional pieces. We have spent a lifetime living all over Asia, and Koh Tao was the first place that felt like home. After all these years we still take photos of the amazing sunsets at on Sairee beach, and we hope you fall in love with it too. We have an abundance of information to share and are happy to assist you so you have the best experience on our beautiful island home. We truly want you to enjoy your stay in our home and look forward to meeting you all.
The Aloe Villa is situated in North Sairee in a peaceful, family orientated neighbourhood. Approximately 10 minutes walk to Koh Tao's main beach, Sairee. You will be walking distance to most of the best restaurants, bar and dive schools. Roads are well established and flat which means no treacherous drives up mountains and walking is pleasant. There are 2 general stores within 2 minutes walk as well as a travel agent and mechanic. Jitsin laundry service is less than 1 minute walk from the villa, local prices at 40 baht per kilo.
