There is no daily housekeeping, but a mid-stay cleaning can be arranged with prior notice for a fee. For stays of 7 nights or more, a midweek cleaning is required for a fee. Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival. For security purposes and to prevent fraudulent credit card transactions, we will request that the guest upload a selfie picture holding a Government Photo-ID matching the name on the credit card used to make the reservation. Turks and Caicos is going through a decrease in the water supply. This means that the water pressure can sometimes be affected when the reservoir levels are low. Water shortages can happen throughout the day.
