Designed with passion by the couple of architects Rocio Pleitez and Rodrigo Barraza, where they deliver their legacy of experience in Hospitality, Architectural Design and sustainability in a unique project that wishes to convey the comfortable satisfaction of a beautiful apartment facing the sea, just 20 minutes from the capital, 10min from world class surfing and 25min from the airport. All in a healthy, safe, quiet and familiar environment. The international certification of sustainable construction, from its conception, allows the high efficiency of construction materials to consume less energy incorporated into the materials, less energy and water consumption.
