The family house is located in the Rohace recreation area in a quiet part of the village near the woods. There is an entire house with two bathrooms, three bedrooms and an open kitchen with living room. Upstairs is a reading room with a big desk for laptop. From the kitchen you can go directly to the terrace and enjoy the morning coffee in the fresh Orava air. The interior of the family house is realized and furnished in a country style, used are natural materials such as wood and stone. Throughout the building are enclosed beams and wooden ceilings. The house is divided into day and night part. The day part consists of an open large space with access to the terrace. In open space is fully equipped kitchen and living room. It also includes an open gallery that serves as a study or reading room. A bathroom with a large shower and toilet is attached to the living room. There is also a big closet. The night part consists of three bedrooms and a bathroom with a corner bathtub, a toilet and a two washbasins. The bathroom also has a washing machine, clothes dryer, hair dryer, which are also available. Two parking spaces belong to the house.

In the village is a primary school with a kindergarten, a pharmacy, a Roman Catholic church, an ATM, a post office, grocery stores, textiles and electronics. There is a bus service in the village. The locality is a popular recreation area with thermal baths Oravice, Bešeňová, Tatralandia, three ski resorts Roháče - Spálená, Zuberec - Janovky and Zuberec - Milotín. During the summer, the locations of the Western Tatras - Roháče, Oravice, Juráňova dolina, Kvačianska dolina, are very popular. This area is perfect place to visit places like Orava Castle, Orava Beskydy - Babia hora, High Tatras, Low Tatras, Malá Fatra - Vrátna, Pieniny, Poland, Oravská priehrada, Liptovská Mara. In the village there is a football field, a multifunctional playground, a natural ice skating rink, tennis courts and a basketball court. All of them are free to use for everyone.
