Orehova vas is a settlement in the Municipality of Hoče–Slivnica in northeastern Slovenia. It lies on the edge of the flatlands on the right bank of the Drava River south of Maribor. The city of Maribor is surrounded by hilltops with spectacular views of the area, like Piramida and Kalvarija; it will take 10 to 15 minutes of light walking to get to the top. If you wish to experience the nightlife in Maribor, a part of the riverbank of Drava called Lent offers many colorful bars, caffes, clubs and restaurants and also the world's oldest grapevine which is over 400 years old. Lent is also home to the Lent International Summer festival is a major art event that takes place for two weeks at the end of June.
