We are Anja and Smiljan, Štajerka and Prlek, who have been discovering the beauties of Slovenia in recent years. As Kreslin sings, “From Goričko to Piran” and so on, our wanderings took place. During our vacation in Goriška Brda, the first ideas for a mobile house appeared, which will be not only a house, but a house with a soul. Where you will feel at home, not only at home, but just like the smell of the best strudel, or the smell of freshly cut grass, or the most pleasant hug of a little niece. And so we ended our holiday in Brda with a new trip to Bela Krajina, which by the way we have not yet explored. And after visiting the BIG BERRY resort, we decided on the way back to Maribor that this was it. Let the mobile house be in Bela Krajina, along the river Kolpa. This was a year ago, when we decided to buy a smaller house in BIG BERRY Resort. But now the opportunity presented itself and the little house got a big sister MAGNOLIA HOUSE by the RIVER XL.

MAGNOLIA HOUSE by the RIVER XL is a luxury designer Brown Berry mobile home on the banks of the Kolpa River in the BIG BERRY resort in the immediate vicinity of the confluence of the Kolpa and Lahinja rivers in the town of Primostek in Bela Krajina. The house can accommodate 6 people. It is furnished modernly and comfortably, the living room has a comfortable sofa, a smart TV with which you can connect to NETFLIX, YouTube and other applications or watch a TV program. Large fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer and microwave oven and glass ceramic hob. An ecuperation air conditioning sistem is also installed, which enables heating even on colder days. There are two large bedrooms in the house, the first on the left side of the house with a super king size bed (200x200 cm), a nightstand and a wardrobe. To the right, a larger bedroom with one bigger queen size bed (160x200 cm) with nightstands and socket, and a bunk bed (80x200cm). A large closet is separating the space. The bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower and sanitary facilities, a sink and a convenient rack for storing toiletries, first aid and a hairdryer. And my favorite place, the large covered terrace along the entire length of the house, offers a large hot tub for 5 people (surcharge of 20 euros per day, FREE from 5 nights) on one side and a large, massive dining table on the other side, both with a wonderful, direct view of the Kolpa River.
