Our 3 storey home features 3 apartments, One apartment on every floor, each has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and sleeps 4 comfortably. All bedrooms have Quin size beds 160 x 200 with fresh, cotton linens. The bathrooms feature walk in showers, towels are included. Each apartment has the open floor plan in the living/kitchen area with oiled & brushed oak parquet flooring. The fully stocked contemporary kitchens are equipped with electric stove and a dishwasher. The ground floor apartment has a wooden terrace with the outdoor dining furniture. The first floor apartment features a sunny patio connected to a balcony with awesome views of the Julijan Alps . Patio is fully equipped for the outdoor dining. The second floor apartment has a balcony with a small table.

Hi! We are Petra, Andrej and our son, Gaber. We are from Ljubljana, but are in love with Bohinj since forever. Lake house Bohinj is our small family business and we are super proud on the work we all put in it. We love travels , doing all the "don't s " from The Lonely planet guides, cycling along Mosnica gorge , playing tennis doubles with our best friends, talking intelligently, possibly with the people we just met in Ali's nest in the old China town in Singapur, Easter egg hunts, strolling around farmers market in Ljubljana on Saturday morning, and soooo much more :) We are passionate about life and we would love to share this passion with you in our house on the lake.

Bohinj Lake is the largest natural lake in Slovenia and is perfect for water activities all year round – from swimming, boat riding, wind surfing, kayaking or canoeing, fishing and diving in warmer months, to (sometimes) even ice skating in winter. Visitors can also take a wonderful tourist boat ride or simply go for a relaxing walk along the shore. If ice stating is an option, please be aware, that you can only skate and walk on ice at your own responsibility. We recommend you to be extremely cautious! If you love hiking, Vogel is an excellent starting point for shorter and longer hiking tours. You can also take a walk along the new Vogel Trail, where you will discover a lot of interesting information about Vogel’s history and nature. You can even explore the Lopata virgin forest or take the quad chairlift to Orlove Glave , where you can ring a wishing bell. Whatever you decide to do, you will enjoy spectacular views of the Julian Alps and Bohinj every step of your way. In Vogel transforms into a well known mountain ski center with natural snow and fantastic views.
