A cozy house sheltered by vineyards offers everything you need for a perfectly relaxed holiday. It has two separate floors connected by outside staircase. On the lower floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet, shower and washing machine, and a dining room with a fireplace, TV and sofa bed that sleeps two. The upper floor has two single beds and a double bed, a TV set and wardrobes plus a separate toilet and sink. Both floors have air conditioning units. The best place to be in the summer is the big covered terrace offering barbecue, a big table made for socialising and a hammock for spending lazy hours.
As an avid traveller I've visited many places and stayed in many accommodation facilities, from tents to posh hotels. What I want to offer my guests is what I'm looking for when booking accommodation - comfort and privacy with a local feel. I hope you enjoy my favourite part of Slovenia as much as I do.
Take a swim in the clean and warm Kolpa river, which is a stone's throw away, explore the soft hilly countryside on foot or by bike, and let yourself be spoiled by delightful cuisine and wines. In the village itself, pop to Bar pod Kucarjem for a glass of spritzer and latest news, indulge in local specialties at Gostilna Veselic and stock up on food in the shop which sells a good choice of local produce.
