DO AVTA ROOMS Situated in a small industrial zone near the center of Ljubljana, Do Avta Rooms provides newly restored accommodation with free Private parking, free WiFi and free Air conditioning. We offer 3 types of rooms: -4x Big room with Double Bed + Single Bed (up to 3 guests) -1x Big room with Double Bed (up to 2 guests) -1x Very small room with Single Bed (up to 2 guests) Each big room is equipped with an air conditioning, a flat-screen smart TV, window blinds, a big closet with a safe, a desk with two chairs, a bean bag, a cart that includes glasses, cups, wine bottles, coffee, tea and a kettle. Each room also contains two nightstands with a night lamp, a big mirror and a few decorations. A type "Very small room" does not contain a smart TV, desk, chairs and beanbag. The complex provides guests with 2 big shared bathrooms with showers – separate for men and women, a fully equipped shared kitchen with a refrigerator, stove and kitchenware. Kitchen also contains a kettle with complementary tea and coffee. Daily cleaning of the rooms and common areas is provided. We strive for cleanliness in our complex. Each guest is provided with fresh bed linen, a bathrobe, a big towel and a small towel. Toiletries and a hairdryer are also available for all guests. Nearest restaurants, bars and BTC / City park shopping centre is just 1km away. The complex is located 2km from the Ljubljana city centre. The nearest bus station is a 5-minute walk away. The neighbourhood is quite peaceful, especially when companies close down in the afternoon. In the surroundings you will find plenty options to take a walk. Showroom of the company Do Avta is located on the ground floor of the building. The rooms are located on the 1st floor and have separate entrance. The rooms are located just 2km from the city centre, so the guests can leave their car at the property on a private parking and then either take a walk through the scenic Ljubljana or rent bicycle at the property. Also house option for a cheap taxi ride is offered. The BTC Citypark shopping centre is 1km away, where lots of bars, restaurants and different shops can be found.
