The headquarters of the company are located 30m from the room complex. Staff of the company is available on site during all the work days between 09.00-17.00. We can also provide you with a garage for your car or storage for any larger belongings you might have. We can also offer for rent an additional 115m2 event room with separate bathrooms which is located on a ground floor. Suitable for events such as seminars, celebration etc. It is possible to rent together the whole room complex (6 Rooms with 17 beds, 2 big bathrooms, kitchen) and an event room. DO AVTA ROOMS Situated in Ljubljana, Do Avta Rooms provides newly restored accommodation with free private parking and free WiFi. We can also offer a garage for a car and extra storage for your belongings. We offer 3 types of rooms: -3x Big room with 3 single beds (up to 3 people) -2x Big room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed (up to 3 people) -1x Small room with 2 single beds (up to 2 people) Each big room is equipped with an air conditioning, a flat-screen smart TV, window blinds, a big closet with a safe and a desk with two chairs. Each room also contains two nightstands, a night lamp, hangers, a big mirror and a few decorations. Rooms with 3 single beds can be rearranged to double bed and a single bed. Small room does not contain a smart TV, desk and chairs. It also contains only one nightstand. The complex provides guests with 2 big shared bathrooms with showers – separate for men and women, a fully equipped shared kitchen with a refrigerator, stove and kitchenware. Kitchen also contains a kettle with complementary tea and coffee. Each guest is provided with fresh bed linen, bathrobe, a big towel and a small towel. Another floor towel is added for you to step on after showering. Toiletries and a hairdryer are available in the bathroom. Daily cleaning of the complex is provided by our maid. Bathrooms are checked twice a day. Nearest restaurants, bars and BTC / City park shopping centre is just 1km away. The complex is located just 2,1km from the Ljubljana city centre, and the nearest bus station is just a 5-minute walk away. Letališče Jožeta Pučnika is the nearest airport, which is located 20km away. The property also offers paid airport shuttle service. If you would like to discover the area, bicycle and e-scooter rental is available at the property. For longer trips the property can also offer a car rental and other car related services. Arranged trips and a personal driver can be offered too.

The neighbourhood is quite peaceful, especially when companies close down in the afternoon. In the surroundings you will find plenty options to take a walk. Showroom of the company Do Avta is located on the ground floor of the building. The rooms are located on the 1st floor and have separate entrance. Complex offers 6 rooms, 2 big bathrooms - separate for men and women, shared fully eqipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove and kitchenware. Free Wifi and free private parking are available on the premises. Also garage and extra storage for your belongings can be provided. Do Avta Rooms can also provide guests with rental of bike, e-scooter or cars – classic, sports and luxury versions. Arranged trips with driver or panorama drives can be offered too. Also paid shuttle service from the airport can be arranged. The company offers a car detailing (car cosmetic) service as well, therefore we can carry out the cleaning and detailing of your car during the stay. The rooms are located just over 2km from the city centre, so the guests can leave their car at the property on a private parking and then either take a walk through the scenic Ljubljana or rent an e-scooter or bicycle at the property. The BTC Citypark shopping centre is nearby, where lots of bars, restaurants and different shops can be found. The guests can also take a stroll through the farmers market and buy fresh fruit and vegetables. The nearest hill, Golovec, is located half an hour away by foot.
