Cozy old Istrian home, renovated and lovely furnished. The place is enough for 8 people. Outside you have a terrace with table, some shadow and free, safe, private parking. Parking is shared with other two appartments, but anyway is big enough. Our entire house offers accommodation for eight people, perfect for big families or group of friends. The high-ceiling istrian house is spacious, furnished with lovely wooden furniture and elements, has a big private terrace surrounded by lovely garden bushes and trees for shade. It also has a functional outdoor fireplace for summer BBQ parties, wich is joint with other guests. There are no neighbors around who could be disturbed. Pet-friendly as we love all animals, but please be careful around wooden furnishings. The house's main room includes a queen-sized bed (160x200 cm) and two bunk beds for four people, TV and a big wardrobe. The other bedroom includes another quenn-sized bed. So, altogehter, there is space for eight people. The house is inclusive with a separate fully functional kitchen with dining table for eight, and a brand new bathroom. Fresh towels and linens are provided.

I work a lot and I'm a student of architecture in Ljubljana. I love to meet new people and I really love to cook. I live with my mom Marinella and sister Žana, who host the guests with me, so if one girl isn't home, the other will welcome you:) As owners of the property we are available at all hours for questions, help, or useful suggestions for choices like beach, sports, tourism, food, drink, local cuisine... We are social with our guests, but we also respect personal space, if you prefer a more private stay. We have lots of extra offers. We are 3km away from the nearest lovely, medieval town called Izola, wich was an island before. We recommend arriving and getting around by car, (or bicycle for in-shape bike enthusiasts, as there are lots of paths to explore and nature to enjoy). In general, it's a quiet neighborhood, no neighbors to disturb, no curfew for noise or sound, just general politeness. We are surrounded with lots of vineyards, orchards and olive groves. In Izola (or any other town in the 30-km radius, like Koper, Portorose, Piran, Sečovlje, Strunjan,...) you can find endless bars and cafes, restaurants for local fish or seafood cuisine, stores, shops... We can recommend the best choices for public or wild beaches, depending on your preferences. If you maybe prefer the swimmingpool, you have it in Strunjan Thermal Spa, just few minutes drive of the apartment. They have the swimmingpools with salt water. If you prefer something more, in Sečovlje you have Salina, when you can buy collected salt. Near by (exactly on Salina) is located new salt spa with pools and sauna.
