The Barbo Palace Apartments reside in the Barbo Palace, built in 1755 for Count Jost Vajkard von Barbo. Its unique Baroque façade and interior courtyard, along with the only double staircase in Ljubljana, make it one of the most intriguing historical buildings in Ljubljana. Its history is just as colorful, having passed ownership through many of Ljubljana’s prominent families. Its walls have many a story to tell.
