Our family-owned business, Libris, was established more than thirty years ago. We sell and publish books, along with organizing many literary and cultural heritage events and shows. For our work in relation to books and saving our cultural heritage, we have been given many awards. The story of our business has been connected with the verses in the apartment Poesia and the cultural history of the apartment Fontana.

Two comfy and completely renewed and refurnished apartments, Fontana and Poesia, are situated next to the most beautiful city square (the Presern Square) with the most wonderful fountain (the Fountain Da Ponte), next to which a domestic bookshop, Libris, has found a home for more than 30 years. Together with the apartments, we are continuing the story of our family business. While staying in Poesia, you will be able to experience the enchanting lyrics of Slovenian poets, while in Fontana, you can marvel at the stunning photos of the fountain Da Ponte. You will be able to read books in our reading nook. In the nearby village is located a book antique shop with older books with rich histories. Book lovers will be happy to learn of our discount on our book treats, which are offered to our guests. The location of apartments offers an excellent path to the beach and even more to the exploration of this amazing city, which is intertwined with many tiny streets, Venetian palaces, and other attractions that decorate this seaside city. The apartments Fontana and Poesia are in the old city center, the heart of the city, where you will be able to find many sights. The most notable ones are Fountain Da Ponte, the gate Mda, the Pretorian Palace, the city loggia, the cathedral church, The Tavern, and so many others. In the nearby village, you will find the sports arena and center Bonifika, the Olympic pool, the Koper Promenade, the city park, and the city beach.
