The semi-detached house is used as a holiday home during the summer by the family, we do not live there. Quiet location close to nature for rent. The house is 8 minutes from the center of Nynäshamn by car and close to buses 848 and 852 that go to the Ösmo/Nynäshamn commuter train. 10 min walk to Hillersjön and close to several baths by car. Single-storey house with large shared kitchen, living room and there are two bathrooms and toilets. A nice view of the valley can be reached from the kitchen and bedroom, towards the sunny south. The house has a heat pump. Open fiber broadband. Parking space available. This is one of the apartment buildings. There is another house on the plot.
