Wandering in the forest, listening to the silence, hiking, or picking mushrooms and berries, is an unbeatable nature experience. Enjoy the light of the summer, and in winter it is the perfect place to experience the Northern Lights. Our holiday home is perfect for a change of scenery and to get away from a routine and stressful everyday life. Do you want to experience how nice it is in the countryside and how simple life can be? To the left of the entrance you will find the kitchen, practically furnished and well equipped. Behind the kitchen is a large double bedroom. The living room is fully equipped with TV, DVD and music installations. There are enough movies and games available to enjoy even the rainy days. You will also find brochures and flyers with lots of information about sights and activities in the area. The bathroom is on the ground floor, there is a shower cabin, toilet, and sink. On the first floor there is a triple bedroom (double bed and single bed), a room with a double bed and a room with 2 single beds. In addition, there is a second living room and a toilet upstairs. Outside there is a grill area and nice seating areas to enjoy the sweet summer evenings.

We are Lucas from Argentina and Brenda from Holland. We met in New-Zealand and after many travels ended up in beautiful Sweden. Our house is next to the holiday house, and we have sheep, pigs, chickens, and turkeys. In the summer we grow our own vegetables, and we have fresh eggs every day. We make our own sausages, burgers, and cold cuts from the meat we have.

This is a place of peace and quiet. The forests and calm country roads are ideal for hiking and cycling. The countless beautiful lakes are perfect for kayaking or a day of fishing. In the late summer / autumn there are many wild berries and mushrooms to pick. In the winter you can enjoy cross-country skiing or ice fishing, and there are numerous opportunities for snowmobile – and dogsled tours in the area. The breathtaking beauty of the northern forests is the perfect place to experience the magical Northern lights, and if you are lucky, you can catch a glimpse of the local wildlife.
