Welcome to our nice villa in central Timrå of 222 square meters. The house is perfect for the large family or for companies with 4-8 employees. Both balcony and patio with garden furniture and barbecue facilities. There is also a large garden with fruit trees and berry bushes and plenty of space for activities. Plenty of parking possibilities.
We are a family with two children who live 20 minutes away. If you have any questions, are missing something or want tips on activities, one of us is always available.
Here in central Timrå, you live within walking distance of most restaurants, shops, grocery stores, system companies, etc. During the summer months, we can recommend "Lilla Bandsjön" for those who want to swim, with a nice jetty and a beach perfect for children. If you want to swim in the sea, Smackgrundet and the surrounding delta are recommended. For colder days, Timrå's newly opened bathhouse is available. For adventurous children there is a nice playground and fairytale trail at the Y, Timrå's major landmark. A short drive takes you to Birsta, which is one of Sweden's largest shopping areas. Here there are a lot of shops, restaurants, playgrounds, etc. In Sundsvall, about 10 minutes south of Timrå, there is plenty to discover in addition to the beautiful city centre. Visit one of Stadsberget for striking views and plenty of activities for both young and old.
