Live in an old smithy from the 18th century and feel the atmosphere of a bygone era. Be welcomed with a fire in the open fireplace. The inner room is cozy and homely and invites you to socialize in peace and quiet. The small gravel road to the farm offers a fantastic view of the local area. The accommodation is located in a rural and calm idyll, surrounded by beautiful greenery. Here you can enjoy nature and the garden. Take a walk in nature or look at the ecological vegetable patches, greenhouses, the pond, perennial beds and visit the small farm shop. The farm shop is filled with vegetables, fruit and berries according to the season, as well as a variety of home-made products. There are only organic goods and products from our own garden. The farm shop is open every day between 08.00 - 22.00. The smithy has six beds: Two bunk beds and a sofa bed. Bed linen and bath towels are not included, but are available for rent. The inner room is heated with an air source heat pump. Toilet, shower and whirlpool tub are available for your own use in the main building around the clock. Have breakfast in the lush greenery among the fruit trees or by the old forge in the smithy. Breakfast i delivered to the smithy when you wish. Cans of water will be available in the smithy. A small refrigerator and a microwave are available. Porcelain is also available. It is possible to park outside the smithy. The smithy is available for renting during the period 1 April - 15 Oktober.

We are happy to welcome guests to the farm Stenbrottet. It´s so nice to meet guests who visit our two accommodations Stenbrottet´s cottage and Stenbrottet´s smithy. Both houses have been recently renovated. Great emphasis has been placed on preserving the unique atmosphere and the genuine feeling in every detail. The garden is a place of enjoyment and recovery. It is also amazing to be able to sow and harvest a variety of different vegetables. It is wonderful to be able to pick and eat home-grown berries and fruits. Everything is grown without fertilizer or spraying. This feels very important for us to know that what we grow is produced in an environmentally friendly way and healthy to eat. Feel free to walk around the garden and look. During the season, there may be vegetables, fruits, berries and flowers to buy.
