Please do not rearrange the furniture. 12. Feel free to use the barbecue outside. Please clean the barbecue after yourselves, an extra cleaning fee may be required if found left dirty. 13. Please contact us in advance if you want to have a party at the house. 14. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and if neighbours are disturbed, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. 15. A 150 SEK charge will be added for a lost or stolen key fob. 16. You’re not allowed to eat in your bedroom. 17. Do not leave any food out that will attract pests. Our home is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way with your help. 18. If you break or damage something, please let your host know and arrange for its replacement or repair. 19. Please refrain from making noise past 11PM. 20. The supply of water to the cottage is from a dug out well in the garden. Please be mindful of your water usage so that you don't run out of water.

Please bring your own. Renovations & painting are in progress. The house is heated by a newly installed geothermal system and a wood burner you can bring your own wood. We do not supply wood. No refund will be paid if a reservation is cancelled within 5 days of check in date. HOUSE RULES #1: 1. Shoes are not allowed to be worn inside the home 2. No pets allowed 3. Check-in is at 4PM and check-out is at 11AM 4. You’re not allowed to smoke inside the house 5. Close the windows and lock the door when leaving the house 6. You must clean your own dishes; and throw out all garbage (ie, including kitchen and bathroom) before leaving. Otherwise a 100 SEK cleaning fee will be added to your booking 7. Please clean the entire house at the end of your stay. If you want the hosts to clean instead, a cleaning fee of 500 SEK will be added to your booking. OBS! There is a train that runs in front of the house. This has not been a disturbance to us, and we hope it will not be to you either. However it is your responsiblity to teach any children about train safety, and to be aware of your childrens where abouts at all times.
