The cottage is newly renovated which is appreciated especially when it comes to bathrooms and kitchens. It is modern, fresh and equipped with wi-fi with fiber, which provides high speed and flat-panel televisions with many parabol channels. The possibility to cook your own food, saves restuarang costs. There is a large oven, and stove (2 plates) with a big fridge and 30 liter freezer. It is very nice on a summer evenings to sit outside and barbecue. There is also of course Coffe maker,Tea kettle and toaster. Possibility for ironing your clothes (if you ask). There is a bedsofa in the combined kitchen/living room, se pictures, and a bunk bed in the sleeping room.

To rent the cottage has meant that you meet so many nice people, even if it only gets hello and goodbye. We like to play golf in the spring and summer afternoons on our lovely golf course "Sjögärde". On the warm summer days we like to go bathing at the sea. We also have a greenhouse where I like to grow tomatoes, cucumbers and flowers.

The cabin is located in rural but still close to a lot, so it is a good base for excursions both south and north. Kungsbacka is located 6km away and there are Kungsmässan and Freeport shopping center, , indoor swimming pool, ice rink, bowling, fitness center, mini golf, tennis, football, indoor golf, restaurants, cinema etc and railway station to Göterborg / varberg / Halmstad / Copenhagen In FJÄRÅS, 5km to the east, there are sights that Bräckan, Li-burial grounds and äskhults village and freshwater in lygnen. In Åsa, about 15 km to the south there are sandy beaches by the sea. In Hanhals, about 5km northwest are bathing with pier and rocks. Do you play golf? In Kungsbacka neighborhood there are several courses to choose from; Forsgården in Kungsbacka center, Sjögärde -15km south, Gräppås- about 20km on the Onsala peninsula, Särö Golf Club and Golf Club Varla-about 15km and a pay and play course - Myra Golf Club (5 km) Gothenburg is only 30 km to the north and it is very convenient to take the train into Liseberg Station and then walk 5-10 minutes to Liseberg, Universeum, Scandinavium or Ullevi Stadium.
