Since 25 years we run a Bed and Breakfast at our family farm. We look forward to meeting different kinds of people and appreciate all the interesting breakfast conversations. Stay in a quiet and peaceful countryside surrounding - with great gravel roads for runs or walks or relax in the garden or on the veranda with a book. The main building on the farm is let for bed and breakfast since 25 years. It is simple and solid with a shared bathroom from the 70s. The cottage mjölboden is a one room apartment with bathroom and pentry included. Facilities are according to Bed and Breakfast standard, and not a hotel. Linnen, towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryer, coffee and tea are included, as is of course a Swedish buffet breakfast. Klefstad gård is located between the flatland and forests in Östergötland - 10 km from the E4 highway, 20 km from Linköping and 30 km from Norrköping. Grateful for an approximate arrival time, a day or two in advance or earlier the same day, so we can greet you without delay.

Suitable for someone visiting Solvik in Björsäter och Knutstorp i Bankekind for climbing, The Linköping Motor Arena Sviestadbanan, Ekenäs cross country course for horseback riding, Ekenäs Castle for tournaments and Christmas market. The farm is located between the Kolmården Zoo and The World of Astrid Lindgren in Vimmerby. Twenty minutes to the old town Gamla Linköping and the Swedish Air Force Museum, and twenty minutes to cafés and shops in Östgötalandet between Roxen and Söderköping. Please note the need for a car or bike to be able to travel to us - public transport is unfortunately not an option.
