Welcome to our beloved apartment in amazing Järvsö! 3 min from central Järvsö, with its ski slopes, downhill bike park, Vildriket (zoo), restaurants etc. The nature is just around the corner... Modern apartment in cozy Kramsta - private and calm, but still close to both nature, activities and Järvsö! A charming exterior and a newly renovated interior, with all the facilities one might need. The house is fairly small with only a few apartments. The apartment itself has new and modern facilities, only a few years old. There is course wifi and a 43" smart-TV as well as a large sofa for the family to hang out in. One larger bedroom with a double bed and closets for storage. One smaller bedroom with a bunk bed. The sofa is convertible and can offer another two sleeping places so six in total. A large balcony/terrace with a lounge furniture group and a view over Ljusnan. There is a storage area for the apartment, to be used for skis and bikes. The basement holds shared facilities for all apartmernts, with a sauna/relax area (for booking) and a large lounge room with a large screen TV, as well as a gym and laundry room. A large garden area with a lawn as a play area. There is free parking on the yard, where two charging stations (fee applies for charging) for EVs can be found as well as outlets for car heaters. Water hose for e.g. washing bikes.

Apartment with lovely view over Ljusnan, situated among beautiful sceneries and traditional buildings. Järvsö has so much to offer, including: - Downhill/mountainbike - Pumptrack area for kickbikes or bikes - Walking paths and amazing nature, with lots of berries and mushroom - Vildriket (zoo) - Padel - Tennis - Golf - Stene gård. (museum, cafe, shop for local goods) - Cozy cafes - Beautiful shores along Ljusnan (Orbaden!) - Rafting (a real favourite for our kids!) - Fishing (Kramstatjärn is only 2km away) - Museums Järvsö in the winter time (its true prime time?) also offers: - Down hill skiing (20 slopes) - Cross country skiing (tracks close to the house, unless you want to go to Harsa!) The best way to get around is by bike, there are many trails and paths for mountinbiking. But walking and going by car is of course also very convenient. In the winter time, there are popular ski tracks close to the house. Järvsö also has a train station in the middle of the village! 3 min to Järvsö 15 min to Harsa 20 min to Orbaden
